How do I schedule a mediation?

You can schedule a mediation in 3 easy steps. To start, go to the home page at www.adrondemand.com and click on “Get Started.” Once you’ve scheduled the mediation, you will receive an email letting you know the mediation has been scheduled. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder for the email.

What do I do if the information I entered is incorrect?

Please contact us at support@adrondemand.com and we will be happy to make any corrections for you.

How will the other side know I scheduled the mediation?

Once you’ve scheduled the mediation, the other side will receive an email asking them to complete the booking process. The mediation will not be confirmed until the other side has paid their half of the mediation. 

How do I know if the other side has completed the booking process?

You will receive a confirmation email once the other side has completed the booking process. 

How do I know if my mediation is confirmed?

Once your mediation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please be sure to check your spam or junk folder for the email.

Are any dates blocked off or not available?

Every date is available, even the weekends.

How much is the mediation?

The mediation is a flat fee of $1,500; however, you only pay your half of the mediation which is $750. 

Are there any administrative fees?

There are no administrative fees or hidden fees of any kind.

How long is the mediation?

The mediation can last up to 3 hours.

What happens if my mediation goes past the allotted time?

Our mediators are skilled in resolving your cases within the allotted time. However, should your mediation risk going over, then you will have to book another mediation session through the website. The mediator will not be able to simply charge you for more time.

How do I select a mediator?

You simply select the date, time and type of case. We assign the mediator to you based on that information. 

How do I know the mediator on my case is any good?

All of our mediators are vetted and approved by Miles Mediation & Arbitration (www.milesmediation.com). They also are experts in their field and have a plethora of experience in mediating these types of cases. In addition, our mediators are rated after every mediation by the parties and only those with the highest ratings remain on our panel.

Who will get assigned to my case?

For your personal injury case, a mediator from Miles Mediation & Arbitration (www.milesmediation.com) will be assigned. For your worker’s comp. case, a mediator from Jordan ADR (www.jordanadr.com) will be assigned.

How do I find out information about my mediation?

To access information about your mediation such as the date, time, party and mediator information, visit the Mediation Dashboard.

How do I access the Mediation Account dashboard?

A link to the Mediation Account dashboard can be found in your confirmation email. In the alternative, please feel free to contact us at support@adrondemand.com to receive a link to your Mediation Account dashboard.

How do I find my mediation number?

Your mediation number is also your invoice number. The invoice number can be found on your invoice or receipt that was attached to your initial scheduling email or comfirmation email.

How do I contact my mediator?

You may contact your mediator by email. Your mediator’s email address is located on the Mediation Account dashboard.

How do I upload documents or photos?

You are able to upload documents or photos on the Mediation Account dashboard. Note that you will not be able to upload anything until a mediator has been assigned to your case. 

Why can’t I see the document or photo I uploaded?

Any document or photo uploaded will go straight to the mediator. To protect the privacy of the document or photo, no one but the mediator will be able to access the document or photo. However, you will be able to see what documents or photos have been uploaded.

How do I cancel a mediation?

To cancel your mediation, go to the Mediation Account dashboard and fill in the information in the message box. You and the other party will receive an email notification that the mediation has been cancelled. If the mediation is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled mediation, then you will not receive a refund.

How do I reschedule a mediation?

To reschedule your mediation, go to the Mediation Account dashboard and fill in the information in the message box. Note that a new notice will not be sent out to your email; however, the updated information will be available on the Mediation Account dashboard.

How will the mediation be conducted?

All mediations will be virtual.

What virtual platform do we you use for the mediation?

The preferred virtual platform to conduct the mediation is Zoom; however, all of our mediators are also proficient on other platforms such as Microsoft Teams and WebEx.

What do I do if I am having problems logging in or joining the mediation.

Please contact your mediator to troubleshoot any technical issues you may be having. The mediator’s contact information can be found on the Mediation Account dashboard.

How do I provide you feedback about my experience?

We would love to hear your feedback. At the end of every mediation, you will receive an email from Survey Monkey requesting your feedback. You can also provide your feedback by emailing us at support@adrondemand.com.
